yeah thats right! I said Hoofnpawfoot.
So if it has or is about something with a Hoof Paw or Foot it can be played here.. Cuz, well i dont know if the FOXHUNTERS is talking about the dogs or the humans on horseback so , lets just throw them all in and see what happens. so no burds..or fisheys..or bugs..
been working on this one this week. its a 4 part slip jig, its not the reel by the same name. you can find it called just The Foxhunt too.
it has a great melody that i think sounds great played slow without ornaments. give it a try. the peak fiddler has a great version out there for something more session tempo.
i need to work on the big finish just kinda...Im Done. thats all.

Ok, sorry I'm late to the party-- My playing feels a little off from not playing for more than a week, but here it is anyway. A Canadian Folktune—
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.

Brilliant as always sharon, love the third arrangement, this tune in Sccotlansd is known as highland lassie, it has lyrics which go something like 'step up lassie, he land lassie' he land being how they pronounce, highland in the tune, dont know if it originated in Scotland or canada though.in any case great playing.
Sorry its called highland laddie not lassie heres a link if you are interested, I think its the same tune if not its extremely similar
