Ilse de Ziah has many beautiful Irish pieces she has arranged for Cello and offers a link if you wish to purchase her book of 11 "Irish Airs for Solo Cello" (in video description), but most of these are traditional tunes that can be found at thesession.org and transcribed in musescore.com, if you want more simple versions. 

Here's one, "A Stór mo Chroí" (Treasure of my Heart)! 

 

 

"thesession.org" is a great tune archive site worth supporting.
