I have a few fiddle music books and also play trumpet, I have  a trumpet fake book with 1000 songs how can I rewrite some of this music so I can play on the fiddle. What do I need to transpose into fiddle?

You don't really need to transpose anything, just play what is on the sheets. You may need to play a hole tone (2 half steps) up to match the same tone.
