Hi! I have never touched a violin in my life to be honest hehe. But I found a Mendini violin by Cecilio on Ebay the other day that came with a bow, rosin, extra stings, and extra bridge, a case, and a tuner. I payed about $70 fir it, and it just got shipped out today, so I wont have it for a few days. I was just wondering if anyone on here had used one, and if so what you thought of it! If you have any tips for me please let me know

What model did you order?

I have the same one, got it from ebay as well somewhere in California. I'm not unhappy with mine although now I am looking to upgrade it soon. I might see if the music shop I am taking lessons at would be willing to give me a trade in value for it. It's not bad for a first timer. Last year when I got it was the first time I had ever picked up any instrument at all so to me it made no difference.
Let me know what you think of it.

Hi Faithfighter! Welcome aboard!
Be sure to take to a local music shop so they can see if it is set up properly. Some of the issues with Cecilio's are simple fixes like bridge and sound post adjustments. A proper set-up will go a long way in helping you on your journey!
