My 9 yo daughter has been learning Twinkle Twinkle on her 1/2 size violin. I am posting two recordings we made, one with the practice mute and one without it.

I think the bow needs rosin, and she needs to really work on her bowing technique [among other things wink]

Thanks for sharing, I think this serves as inspiration to all of us older fiddlers to be, and to keep on practicing. That is great that your daughter is picking it up so young, I hope she stays with it! Am sure that if she sees you practicing, she will want to be just like you!
