Here is an interesting video by David Burns...

Here is a pretty neat video of some fellows working to keep the lights on. Very well done, I like how they filtered out most of the helicopter noise.

Here is Oliver's Fathers Day tale.  I am also as eager as you are to have an update from Oliver.

The score is:

My daughter is well after her battle with leukemia.  (WHEW!)

My wife never got to Las Vegas.

I did get the ZOOM.

My daughter still has not started cello lessons.

My son-in-law took his team to the Las Vegas amateur pool event and placed 2nd out of a few hundred teams and won $7,000.

NEW NEWS

My Grandson had a birthday and got a $400 LEGO Death Star model.   (I worry about these people).

My son auditioned for the Tanglewood Boston Symphony Orch. as a tenor and was accepted.

I just got a letter stating that the Mayor's Office will act on my proposal regarding public safety (and I only had to cut thru 4 layers to get there)

I'm definitely gonna pursue violin 2nd position when I'm done with the post !

Death star lego... I'm so jealous! I'm happy for your good news Oliver and hang in there for second position (I'm not in a hurry to learn it).

Springer

While violin fanatics may do odd things they are not consider a public menace ( as long as they don't play in public) smile

NV   I had a chance to browse thru the LEGO construction manual.   That was totally  enough for me to see.

P.S.  I am repeating my first post as most of the members have missed the video.

I saw a show about these guys on TV, they are incredible. It takes guts just to ride in a chopper, but to mess with those Hi tension lines is nuts. People die all the time working on them.thumbs-up

Off topic perhaps but why do high voltage transmission lines often support random strings of basketballs ?
