The 16 th notes are slurred together, as are the quarter notes. As far as I can see, that is. Dont know what the accents are under the 16th notes however, not sure if its something to do with bow pressure, or bowing style, like the flat  lines denote staccato, but the middle notes are slurred as normal.? mind you I am not much good at reading music anyway, Andrew H could tell you exactly how to play these.

If they are slurred that’s fine I can fit 4 groups of 4 notes into one bow.  well I can’t but at least I know what I have to do. Thank you Stringy 😀

They want you to keep your first finger down when doing this exercise for those slurs. In other words when you see that slur over the B and C you keep the fist finger down instead of lifting it.
