Hello,

not sure if this is the right place to put this but I was wondering if anyone has any experience from takelessons.com?  I saw an add on this site off to the side, clicked on it and was browsing instructors near my area.  I have one major gripe, I cannot even speak with an instructor until I book and pay for lessons! I firmly believe the instructor makes a huge difference in learning and want to be sure he/she and I will get along well.

i'm in the northern LA/pasadena, CA area if anyone knows of any good instructors around here.

This is a great place to start also try Suzuki Association of the Americas they have a listing of "registered" instructors since they dont certify. And Welcome to the forum!

I would ask for a free 10 minute lesson before paying for anything. If they don't want to give it to you they are not serious.
You may be right that this is may not be the best place to post their link seeing that I give Skype lessons and the add to the right was a paid Google Adsense ad, but I am easy. ;-)
