I found it tonight on the VIDDLE. > SWEET!!!!!!!

Hope I can remember~~~~~~~

I can get there on the guitar but have not been able to get there

with the VIDDLE, but tonight I touched on it. > a tear came out

of my eye as I was playing = the sweet spot.

ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I touched it again tonight > BUT~~~~~~~~~> the Bmaj is kicking my viddle. If I can get pass the Bmaj scale at the lowest end of the neck I can SHED~~~~~~~!!!!

Do you find that scale a bit of a FREAKING FREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Rick,

Bmaj scale has 5 sharps--I don't think there aren't many fiddle tunes written in that key! But it's actually not too hard to play the scale, once you learn just where to place your fingers--I just tried it. laugh

Yeah > I know where my fingers should go but## > HOLY CRAP!! > getting them there in a fluid motion on that scale has been very NUTS compared to the other maj scales on the low end of the neck.

Hi Rick,

Yeah, it does take time and practice to get the fingers to go where you want them to go. Sorta' like the Raiders of the Lost Ark pieces--daily practice should get you there in the end--hope you and many others are working on that one too!laugh
