I'm not exactly sure what you mean - but if you mean an animated-score video, like this - - then you can do that on PC using the MuseScore program (it's free) - and - you probably don't NEED to make the video, just run it from within MuseScore..... (unless you intend sharing the animation with others).
You'll get MuseScore here - but of course, you have to input the sheet....

EDIT : Oh - if you actually want a video (.mp4 / .flv etc etc ) - you'll need some video editor tool to capture the on-screen animated score from the MuseScore playback.... There are plenty around, I use the NCH "VideoPad" editor - it's not free, but not overly expensive, and has been pretty much rock-solid over the last 4 years I have been using it....
I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh -
