Thought it would be a good idea to make these backing tracks for Old-Time tunes easy to find (from Brainjo).

THE OLD-TIME JAM

How to use the Old-Time Jam Machine.

@ABitRusty -

🤣 ...just figured it's kinda hard to search for something folks may not know exists.

Ended up at 'The Old-Time Jam Machine' (this time) when I was taking another look at 'Redwing' (after I saw the Violaman tutorial).  I still can't take that tune seriously - a Bavarian type folk tune (almost yodeling it's so happy), makes me think of the 7 Dwarfs in Disney's 'Sleeping Beauty', but with totally unrelated sad lyrics!  It was fun, but I'm heading on to other stuff.

I don't have very many American Old-Time or Bluegrass favorites.  Think I'd enjoy those genres much more playing banjo, but I made the mistake of putting my banjo in it's case - might as well be a coffin.

Hope things settle down so you can get back playing.
