Hi Folks,

I''m not sure if this is the right place but hey ho!

As you know I can only read sheet music at nose distance. This has made it tricky learning and following even simple exercises.

I am very excited to say I have found a company in Glasgow that sell digital music stands with assistive technology software.

The screen is 24inch and the software can enlarge the music to a huge one bar to fill the whole screen. Colour and font can be changed. It comes with a foot pedal page turner, which I think is essential given how big I will need the music to be. It has a stick computer attached so all musuc can be downloaded via PDF then modified via touchscreen.

Quite an investment but I think it will be just as useful now with very basic sheet music and hopefully more complex pieces in the future.

I'm glad to hear it. Hope that the investment doesn't break the piggy bank.
