I've always loved the violin and always wanted to take classes, but I ended up taking piano instead. I don't regret the decision though, I know my basic music theory and how to play a relatively intermediate song. (I'm 15 btw)
ANYWAY
Recently, for various reasons (which I'll introduce in the forums once I start learning the violin) my desire to play the violin has become almost an obsession.
After searching through the internet for various "beginner" violins, I've narrowed my decision down to the Cecilio CVN coloured and the Cecilio CVN-500. Fiddleman's reviews on youtube are what made me choose these two. Im aware that manufactured violins are a gamble, but I'm hoping I'll get a gem. (:
What are your opinions on these two violins? What kind of violin do you have, and is it at a reasonable price? Do you recommend another violin around the same price (has similar features, add-ons)?
+the two violins have similar features.. atleast to me. why is one more expensive than the other?

Hi, Alexia! Welcome to the firum!
How about CVN-600? =)
https://fiddlerman.com/forum/v.....nd-outfit/ Maybe You could win this one?
I have August F. Kohr K550. Love it extremely, as well as my teacher! Though it's $587. But definitely worth those money.
Anyway Good Luck!
