Alison Sparrow has quite a few nice covers she's done that are easy to learn! 

Try to learn by ear - slow down the videos and watch where she places her fingers! 

Or, she has sheet music available.

I have all of her lessons and songbooks. Purchased and downloaded them a few years ago. Very nice. I especially love the one she wrote.

Same here mouse. I would recommend I’ve learned loads from her. So much content as well although I’m no where near where she says I should be after about 18 months of playing. She’s a great teacher though I think .
