Well I do love rock n roll. I think this new rock violin duet "Fuse" is kind of corny but have to post it. I like Joan Jetts' version better because Joan wrote the song.

Anyways, here's Fuse:

jimi-hendrixThat's awesome. I really enjoyed that. I love that song too by the way. Yeah, it was kind of corny, but fun, too. smile

Don't forget the Dueling Fiddlers -

Their modern versions of classics are not to be missed!

P.S. How do you get the linky to open the separate YouTube window?

Hello, a rocker here! drummerjimi-hendrixcool

I love how the crowd is singing along in the second video! The violin can be so versatile, you can rock an audience just like with a lead electric guitar.

Well, I'm only a decade late to the OP, but I always loved this song, too!

Here ya go, folks - a Violin Duet to play along with!

Neat.  I like the Joan Jett version also, but she did not write the song.   She covered it, the original was by the Arrows in 1975.   One of those covers where everyone knows the 'big cover' more than the original. :)

@Sasha -

Didn't know that!

I MUCH prefer Joan Jett to the video I posted, but a part of me thought something creative could be done using both. 😉
