Hello everybody, finally practiced an other fiddle tune. For a couple of months I was focusing on other pieces and etudes. But now I finally learned a fiddle song again YAY. Really enjoyed practicing this one. My metronome had lots of work to do with this one LOL

Hope you enjoy :-)

Great job Marikoli. You're getting better every time I listen to you. :)
Thanks for the post.

Really good job and such a fun tune.  I wish I could have heard you better!

That's a nice great tune and nicely played.  I've never heard that song before.

@marikoli : Very nice song! And you have your right hand doing the circle motion that my fiddle book talks about for jigs and reels, your camera caught it really well. Great job :)

@intrepidgirl Happy to hear about the circle motion. I didn't know it had to be like that. It just seemed the easiest way to me, especially with the fast string crossings. So, I'm very happy to hear that it is a good thing!! :-) Which fiddle book do you use?

@marikoli : The fiddle book I have been working through is Pete Cooper's Complete Irish Fiddle Player.  It has good music, but in addition it has lots of historical info and technique teaching as well.
