Dear friends,
today is the day! I have played the cello one year and practiced every single day! #365daysofpracticechallenge: Completed! 🎶🎻❤️
I have had a totally crazy year, I never imagined anything like this!
During the year I laughed and cried, ran and fell, dreamed big and traveled towards the moon by a space rocket... 🚀 I found a whole new world!
When I stepped on to this path a year ago, I didn’t know where it would lead me. I had no idea how far I could reach! I still don't know where this all is taking me, but I'm going to find it out!
In this video I see and hear some things that are annoying me a lot, because I’m really hopeless perfectionist, but I try to think that I can learn from my mistakes and do it better next time. 😊 I also hope I will get the opportunity to play this piece with a real pianist some day, because this was quite hard with the recorded accompaniet.

This is very impressive! If I just saw this video and didn't know who you were from this forum, I would have guessed you'd played at least two or three years.
I find it hard to play with piano accompaniment tracks too, because they just don't respond like a real pianist.

This has really been a very special year, I’m so happy I started to play the cello just in the year 2020! It probably saved my mental health this year... I have many times asked myself why I didn’t start earlier, because I have dreamed about this so long, but I really don’t know... I also had the opportunity to do this already for a couple of years ago, because I have known my teacher since my daughter started to play, but maybe I still wasn’t ready, my mind was not ready...
But now I’m really ready to go as far as I can! I’m so grateful that I have all the opportunities to move forward. I have a great teacher who will definitely support me in every way. And I have great friends all over the world!
Next goal: 1000 days in a row! 😄💪🏻
