I hope this works. If not I apologize for being computer illiterate

I figured those who were posting their video's were getting good feedback and getting better. So here is my first video, with a cheap Camcorder I got a Wally world. I can see right off the bat that I need to work to staighten out my bowing ( A LOT ) and it appears I really need more sleep. Didn't realize I looked so bad.

Oh well, anyway. I am open for any and all constructive feedback.

 Thanks in advance

I like it!  If you practice in front of a mirror it will help you straighten out your bowing.  Then after a while you'll develop muscle memory for straight bowing.  That was nice.violin-student

I've learned so much from my mistakes that I've decided to make some more.

That was the first I noticed was the bowing.  I couldn't see your shoulder but from the movement of your shirt I can see that you are moving your shoulder to bow up and down. Onlky use your shoulder to cross strings and use your wrist more when you bow.  Watch Mad_Wed video and you will see her wrist is very flexible and her shoulder barely moves.  I like the last part there you enjoyed doing that and it showed.

Thought you were a jockey at first but my daughter tells me no.

Although I use to train horses and am probably am in the weight range for a Jockey, at 6' 1 I think I might be a little too tall.

I am going to have to do some mirror time to see if I can work on using my wrist more. I may have to accept the bowing to a degree as I shattered my right forearm a few years ago ( yes, got thrown from a young horse ) and have a steel plate in my arm and some wrist damage. But we are going to work on it. Who knows maybe playing will be my physical therapy.

Your intonation was pretty good on Twinkle Twinkle.

I think it is great that you noticed right away that your bowing was not straight. Just this in itself makes it all worth recording yourself not to mention all the other benefits.

On the Jig, keep that C natural, 2nd finger on the A string, way lower than you do. It's almost a C sharp right now.

Great start and thanks for posting.
