Great start. I like the finger flexibility but the stick should lay a bit higher up in the hand and not so much at the tips. Your pinky should of course be on top of the stick but the other fingers should be laying down resting. Those fingers will be useful for producing more sound later.
Use your right hand elbow more and a bit less shoulder to get the straighter bowing.
