Nice ! Your conductor sure is enthusiastic ;--)
First concert is always special (says me who's done two…). Not too stressed beforehand ?

Yes the conductor is so fun and enthusiastic !!

The Next concert in december... and lots of other projects for 2022

I was very excited, we were ready so not too stressed, but we had played better in the rehearsal before lol I would have liked to play louder and more vibrato but I was too focused, tense ...😅

 We were a lot to play our first concert😁

@maudmaud -

Congratulations!

Your performance was VERY exciting!

I LOVED IT!

I believe this is the 1st concert I've seen where the audience is encouraged to clap (other than a Rock concert) - is this common?

Vasily Solovyov-Sedoi is a new composer for me.  Seems he has a good sense of humor!  I found he added "Sedoi" (grey-haired) to his name when he entered the Union of Soviet Composers.

What a fun 1st concert to remember!

Thank you for sharing this!

Congrats! Looks like fun. Hopefully the first of many orchestra concerts.

@ELCBK - there are a few pieces where audience clapping is traditional. Probably the one that gets heard most is Johann Strauss Sr's Radetzky March -- which I now see @wtw just played in the chat.
