Yeah Alma, that's some nice work, lol, except you have the fan pointing the wrong way,,, you've heard of the patented "fan stand" right.
Just 2 more slots to fill Ken, and I'm hoping one is a viola!

I had the crazy (though unlikely) notion that they might be some sort of locking system.
I think it is that the color or something about the lines of your fiddle stand remind me of some gun racks/cabinets of years gone by.

Thank you Pierre! To tell you the truth, I actually checked Fiddlershop first. I had this particular idea in my head and couldn't find it anywhere though.
You know, I am actually having limited great success at finding & winning some incredible sounding violins in wonderful condition (after a thorough & careful cleaning & making some minor repairs); and yeah, there's no way I can keep them all, my wife will make me get an apartment, lmao. I can't wait for you to see them/play them when you come out, you might just find one that you have to have.
