I sat down. Turned the video cam on. And on the 'first' take this is what I got.

It usually takes quite a number of 're-dos' to get something near right blink

I know that it is not 'great' but I don't think its 'too shabby'. dunno

Seen it all. Done it all. Can't remember most of dunno ..... What was I saying???? facepalm

That was a nice tune. I think you played it nice as well:) And you are obviously a member of the anonymous hacker group or a "V for vendetta" fan:) Do you use the violin under the mask? I'm considering buying one soon.

@Freq

Yes it's an electric. I don't like it very much. To me it seems to be a place of plastic with a violin trying to get out.wink

On the other thing mentioned. I'm not a hacker, but am a V for Vendetta fan.

Ok:)I saw this guy on youtube that uses a electrical violin with a loop station. Maybe it was something that was posted here on this forum.

I would like to try that, but I think I understand what you mean about plastic. Maybe it is wise to borrow an eviolin before purchasing one? :)

Great video! Thanks for posting -- I love seeing what everyone's working on. And the fact that it was a first take is especially impressive. Way. To. GO!

Good job John. I noticed that your bow changes are smoother then they were before. When taking quicker bows, such as with the eighth notes, you are playing, use shorter bows and if getting to the right spot on the bow becomes a problem, consider hooking the eighth note in the same bow direction instead for those short notes.
Keep up the great work. Thanks for the post.
