Ok so I had a window of time to record. I start up and the battery needed juicing.  

I go over to the drawer where I keep the charger.  It is not there.  

I had a very similar looking black thin rectangular tuner that had been given to me. Since it was broken I threw it out.  But what was in the drawer but that tuner!!!  

I think, no I am certain I threw out the charger!!

FIDDLE- Gift from a dear friend. A 1930-40 german copy, of a french copy of a Stradivarius.  BOW - $50 carbon fiber. Strings - Dominants with E Pirastro Gold string.

It's usually possible to buy a substitute via internet, depending on your camera's manufacturer. Try looking on ebay.

@augustoad Thanks I see all kinds of replacements online.  I really thought it would be hard to replace.   I have found they are not at all expensive.  

I must not be the only one throwing them away!!
