Thanks @wtw
so, my teacher told me that I had made good progress on this piece, but as I expected, he wants me to use the flexibility of my wrist more than to mobilize the forearm, which at the final allows me to feel less tired.. . it's not easy (just move your wrist...) and I also have to work more on the last 3 lines of the piece (a little more difficult part).
I have to work on it again

That's rather a good thing, that you're able to anticipate your teacher's comments :--). In some way, you're 'being your own teacher' (I know a violin teacher who used to say that the teacher's role was to bring the student to being his own teacher).
I'm sure you'll manage with your wrist, that's only a matter of time (and practice of course).

@maudmaud -
The last video is much better with the wrist.
I'm noticing you've pretty much locked your elbow, but maybe still compensating a little with the shoulder. If your instructor wants wrist/hand/fingers, I don't think you should be involving the shoulder, except for when you change from high strings to low strings.
I'm wondering if he isn't asking you to bow more like in this video?
...I've started the video at 04:37 for demo.
The idea of using the hair band to help draw your attention to moving only the wrist - might be helpful.
