Hey Chris! Sounding good. One thing my instructor is always reminding me of is say coming down from that open e and going to D (3rd) plop down all your fingers..keeping the 2 finger (C) low whith index next to it ( key of G). Itll help instead of doing individiual fingering. Its hard to remember and I should try harder myself. Didnt know if you have someone telling you that in practice or not.
Also as you move across strings from G to high e we will tend to sink the index finger playing a little flat. Reach higher than you may think. Just something from one beginner to another that I have trouble with. Thought Id share..maybe might help. congrats on video!

Sounds really good! Can you tell me why you are using that particular bowing to play scales?
Generally, I use the full bow because I am playing long, slow notes when I am practicing scales.
No particular reason. I was trying out some new camera equipment with a GoPro camera to try and capture my left had motion for my instructor. That experiment did not work well and it was distracting me from playing longer slower bow strokes.
