Much thank you to the Fiddlerman.com for this music score with detailed instructions on how to do the bowing strokes.
I've practiced this short piece for a few months. Today, it came out a tad better. 
This was played today on the student violin, by the way, and not on the kid's better violin. Still, this violin has opened up nicely, so I probably will keep it for myself for practicing.
