Hi folks, this is a rather old version of me having a go at this tune. I will post an updated one soon. I realized i never posted this video though.

Hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did when playing it.

Juan.

Really nice @juanfiddler.

I'm not familiar with the tune, but nicely done, Juan.

The "Concert Master" is still sounding good.

You make this sound so sweet. I make it sound like bad, really bad rap.  I just got new strings and they seem to be fine, but my playing is getting worse.  Thanks again for posting this.

Great job Juan. Thanks for the post.
Mick, hope you feel better about your playing soon. Ask Juan how many times he has been down on his progress? He just keeps getting better and better though.

Thanks a lot everyone for taking some of your time to listen and comment on my post.

@Mick, i understand completely how you feel. Violin playing is a looong process of acquiring new things, experimentation and of course enjoyment. Take it from me I have days where I can play one note correctly or I feel that my playing is stuck or lifeless. Then I put the violin down, listen to great solists and try again. Personally I've learned that violin playing shows the harmony inside you. So when you are stressed, anxiety ridden or not in the mood then, you need to find your space to find some clarity and come down to a balance. Then you will be ready to pick the instrument up again. Now, this is my experience its not the same for everybody but hopefully you can benefit from it.

@Fiddlerman thank you so much bro!!!!! Im trying to make it on my own given that i cant take private lessons for the moment.

I loved your video! You're playing really beautifully, Juan.

Juan, that is beautiful.  As a newbie I observe you are very consistent in bow placement and you utilize the entire bow, two things I tend to lose sight of a bit as I get more into a piece.  You have given me goals to achieve!
