I recorded this one tonight.  Multitracked a couple of guitars banjo and fiddle.  Hopefully not just noise...😅.  I basically just record the main fiddle then start experimenting with the rest.  Never really know what damage ill do till a couple hours have passed.

@ABitRusty -

AWESOME!

Loved everything!

The fiddle, guitar, BANJO and beautiful photos!

You are definitely kickin' it up a notch!

Love slip jigs (notice my gif is even keeping time).

Really nice arrangement, too!

Appreciate you shared this.

Thank you!

@Mark thank you.  We will call it experimental muzac.  🤔  thanks for listening!

thanks Jim!  kuddos to you for being able to play flute.   i had told emily about getting an irish keyless flute and trying to JUST GET A SOUND out of it.  Thought id try and add some of that but after i got off the floor from passing out ( kidding) decided im a year or two away from adding that into the mix.  lol

thank you Katie.  its a bunch of fun messing with them. for me.  glad you liked it!

@ABitRusty - I think you're going to have to change your forum name, as I don't think "A bit rusty" is the proper appellation now. That was truly remarkable! And I have to be nosy, were the pictures yours?

Great stuff greg. The banjo sounds like a Tenor? or is it a five string. Love the blend of the instruments and the images as well excellent job.

Why not get a tin whistle, I once had one but gave up, they sound great though.

@JohnG thank you.. yes those pictures are some i took at ft clinch.  we arrived after the inside tours closed for the day but walked the perimeter on a path that quickly turned into what looked like gator hunting ground.  not a good feeling in shorts and sandles.  night photos at treasure island.

@stringy yeah its an open back short scale tenor.  i messed up buying that and shouldve just went with a regular tenor.  strings are too slinky for my liking.  i have to barely and i mean very light touch fret or it makes intonation go way out.  more than normal for my other fretted like guitar or the 5 string.  my whistle is on the shelf with the flute. 🙄  thanks for watching!

This sounds like a live recording, and the rhythm is dialed in perfectly. Nicely done!

@ABitRusty That was great! You blended everything really well.  Beautiful pictures—perfect for the tune.
