The June house concert for my amateur chamber music salon happened last weekend. Here's my quartet's performance:
We played the first two movements of Joaquín Turina's piano quartet. Turina was from Sevilla, and you can hear that in this piece!
This is the same group that played Rheinberger in January. Again, all three string players learned our instruments as adults.

Wow, amazing piece. And everyone played so well. I went to look up some info on the composer. You mention Sevilla (I think I could see a matador & bull at around 9:07!); the info I read said he had some training in Paris, & influence of Debussy (which I think I can hear, too).
Bravo to you all

Turina had even more French influence early in his career, until Isaac showed up. Albéniz attended the premiere of Turina's piano quintet while visiting Paris, and was surprised to learn that the composer of the piece he had just heard was Spanish -- so he went and scolded Turina for writing "French" music. Whatever Turina may have thought at the time, he moved back to Spain a few years later and started looking closer to home for inspiration.

Really love this piece by Turina - thanx for sharing the performance! How long has the violinist been playing?
Somewhere in the 35-40 year range, I think. I don't know exactly how long, but she started playing in her late 20s and retired quite recently.
