Aloha everyone,

I tried something a little new today.  I came up with the violin part, then used my keyboard to sound out the chords, but sometimes when I create a backing rhythm with the right hand, my left had gets going too.  I developed a syncopated rhythm with the bass and decided to put it in.  I don't know if any bass player has played something like this, and it may be completely inappropriate, but it sounds good

I'll probably end up adding other parts to it, but please feel free to take a gander and let me know what y'all think.

EDIT: I forgot to add that the reason I left the syncopated rhythm in the bass is also that it seemed to reinforce the idea of the speed of the pirate vessel and the urgency of the chase.
