Didn't play for me. A new window opened up after pressing play and I can't adjust the frequency.

Oo, thanks for the feedback
The program was written and tested on Windows7 / 64bit, I suspect a compatibility problem. I'm trying to fix the tool.

 

I am working on a violin learning software to improve my own violin skills and used this tool to test the frequencies.

Same here, but in your video looks nice and could be a cool prog for beginners. And it would be nice if You'd color the circles at the left (on a black bar) the same colours as they are on the note bar at the right.dunno

Just my thought....
