I feel flattered fiddlerman, thank you very much!
... and yes I am up for meticulous critique, it is what will help me build up good habits in the future.
When it comes to intonation, i believe i know aprox where my fingers should go. I am trying to follow your advice on keeping fingers close to the strings so that it is easier to find the right spot but may take a little while.
Obviously I need left hand technique and keep on working on my bowing.
Now, I learned about ornaments watching your videos, i know how to slur and how to do pizzicato. Now the bouncing bow effect that is done using the frog ... i dont dare to try yet hahahaha.
Maybe I am being to hard on myself, but this is the way I've learned everything I wanted to acquire.
I know i have to becareful with the angles where I'm playing, at times in the recording you may hear I hit the G strings a couple of times hahaha.
Anyway, thank you so much for taking your time to hear it Fiddlerman 🙂
Best regards,

Well done, play it over and over and over again, and then repeat. I have gotten twinkle twinkle twinkle down pat and my Grand Children really enjoy it. and Mary had a Little Lamb, soon I will play Ode to Joy, Beethoven, Oy~ Learn to listen and improve each time you play the piece. Learn to listen and know when you make a mistake, and improve. Sounded great to me for three lessons. Well done.
Fiddlerman says play it a hundred times. And then do it again, until you can't get any better!

Shalom, thank you very much for your comment 🙂 Of course I am gonna keep practising it till my violin scream STOOOOPP
Then, I have two other songs to start out reading their music, lightly row and minuet 3 by J.S Bach. Lightly row does not seem to be very difficult to read unlike the minuet.
Let's what comes out of this hahaha, I'm sort of curious myself

I don't know why but all I have on my screen is a big blank box with nothing to click on. I have tried it on different computers too and it's the same thing.
