Hey guys,
I arranged a version of Misty Mountains Cold (from the Hobbit, the song the Dwarves sing in Bilbo's house) for Vinceknight and I, but I am willing to share it.
It is written for violin and viola, and the melody switches in the second phrase to viola, but other than that the violin caries the melody, and the viola plays fifths underneath, while sometimes playing in unison to accent certain parts.
Enjoy!

A red flag ought to be raised when one sees that the viola part is written with two flats, but the violin part with only one.
That gives the lie to "the viola plays fifths underneath".
I asked the OP about it at the time he posted it, but he didn't seem concerned that the viola is playing accidentals all over the place (relative to the violin's key signature). He told me he "got lazy". Funny, he was one of those who liked to joke about violists playing out of tune.
