Kyoudai is some anime thing with a cool soundtrack. This is my cover for the main theme.

Did you mean to post more than the score?  It would be great to hear it if you are up to recording all four parts.

I notice you have four violin parts in three different key signatures.  I don't know everything, but I don't think I've seen any well-known compositions with different parts scored in different key sigs.  I'd like to see some of those if anyone knows of any.

What happens if you score all the parts in C?  All of the accidental naturals would go away.  I could be wrong, but I don't think you would have to add any accidentals.  You would be left with a half dozen or so accidental C#'s.  I notice that some of those are producing tritones.  I wonder whether you've added the C#'s or they were present in standard versions.

I didn't write it that way. When I wrote it, it was all in A Major. I had to run it through a converter, however, to get it into Musescore as my Finale won't let me save because I haven't paid for it :/ I will get a Midi out for it today.

EDIT: I will fix that all today before I get the Midi out.

One of y'all is going to have to tell me if that works. My quicktime is broken and I can't see it.

Look in the attachments for the MIDI,
