LOL, yeah, I read that someplace! But then again, I also read that people often confuse the 2.....so who knows! 
They can't put anything on the internet that isn't true, right?

Okay, I think I did it!!! I think I figured out My Jolly Sailor Bold! ....well, the cool, haunting version from POTC: On Stranger Tides! Any volunteers to give it a go?? I've been listening to it too much to tell if I'm right or not! LOL

I like your pirate flags - very cool.Funny story about that music. We were at Disneyland, on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and it broke down. We were stuck in our little boat for about a hour before they could get us all out, and the music played over...and over...and over...and over... it took me weeks to get that song out of my head.... And now It's back!
I love it, and of course need to learn to play the song!
That's too funny. I heard a news story a while back about someone who sued Disney because they got stuck on the "It's a Small World" ride for an hour or so. Guess they wanted compensation for the pain and suffering they endured hearing that song over and over and over and over and over and over... 
Here's another party idea: a Disney Party. There are lots of good songs from the theme parks and movies like Song of the South, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Cinderella, Annie.
When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,

I don't know too many pirate songs, but my kids used to listen to Veggie Tales, and there was a song called "The Pirates that Don't do anything." kind of a fun song. The lyrics are like this:

and if you ask us, to do anything... we'll just tell you, we don't do anything

Wow, so many parties to be had! LOL I love it! I seriously think we need a party forum section! ....maybe under "Member Group Projects!" We can call it our Party Room!
@ginnysg I'm working on a list of simple pirate songs for next month! So far, so good! I've also been writing up some songs that I've heard and posting the music. (it helps with my sight reading ability!) They're just my interpretations of the songs, so there might be some slight differences! LOL
