Here's sheet and a synthesized mp3 version for play-along to this fine old tune.... I chose to score it in D although I believe it is more commonly played in F. If anyone wants the score transposed to a different key, just ask....
EDIT : Oh - of course if you want the MuseScore .mscz file itself, or an export as a music .xml file - they're available as well....

You're welcome @Fiddlerman
I have quite a number of tunes I'm planning to work on over the next few months, and I'm trying desperately to break away from my current "fixation" on "old-time" and "blue-grass" Americana-style - not that there's anything wrong with that - just that I mean most of these tunes that all you across the pond know so well and are a part of your culture - well - sad to admit - they are actually new to me ( where have I been ? LOLOL )
But I do have a lot of tunes buzzing-around - well - I won't necessarily use the term "Scottish, Irish or Celtic" - it's a bit of an eclectic-mix - yup - some are modern rock - that are so much "in my head" that I really want to take the time to explore them and see what can be done on fiddle. They're not necessarily all originally fiddle tunes - but I just want to see what could / can be done with them, even at my limited ability. It's just the "fun" aspect of playing that I'm exploring really....
Anyway - this was just one of them that recently came to mind - and as I start working on others I'll do the same and share any sheet I create, and provide simple play-alongs... It costs me nothing in time other than a minute to post to the forum - I do it (the score and play-along) for my own benefit anyway.... Happy to share. Cool !

@BillyG - I have printed out a copy and will give it a try later today, or sometime soon. I am still trying (or was) to recover my backup computer's copy of Windows 10 today. It looks like a loosing battle though. So now switching to save the data and reformat/reinstall mode. I had hoped not to lose my setup, programs and settings and all that, but it looks like there is no choice. Never seen Windows 10 Pro go this bad before.
By the way, I have MuseScore installed and have worked with it a bit. I tried a trial version of another product, but didn't like it as much, so stuck with MuseScore.

Here you go then - the .mscz - you may want to change tempo or instrument. I left it as "violin" for the play-along, largely because it is a voice with 'sustain' and the note played lasts-as-long as it is scored. But in some ways, I prefer something with a sharper attack and will often change to a piano voice - although that doesn't have the same sustain on the note and can sort of confuse you if you're not reading the sheet at the same time. ( Unless you start "properly" scoring it for piano with pedal etc )
Have fun !

Thanks, BillyG, I will look at that later.
Today I am recovering data from my backup computer. After three days of scans, I am finally at the recover data stage.
I did run a utility program that found, and claims to have fixed, some Windows file issues. After I get the hard drive back in its proper case, I may have to try one last attempt to recover that setup and see if that utility program did fix the problem.
I should know sometime later today.
