I've just given up on this project going anywhere due to lack of interest.
Wookieman's Indiana Jones project of more than a year ago got into a similar situation. It ended up with only one participant, namely @Steve. Wookieman didn't even play it, but he did go through with the mixing, and produced a nice video of Steve playing all the parts alone. It's not as grand as what was intended, but it was something. Having put in as much work as you already have, I guess you should go ahead and make it come real. You would get experience in every aspect of making a music video. And maybe a one-woman quartet could serve as a demo for something bigger later.
Best wishes.

@Robyn.fnq Sorry, I didn't notice the part where you said some of it was too hard for you to play. BTW I took a closer look at some of your videos elsewhere on the site. Your bowing rhythm is very good ... very snappy! Good intonation, but what really stood out was that you definitely know how to keep the beat. Keep fiddling.

Wow friends!
I really had given up on this, not out of disappointment in any people here (well, maybe only myself). I really did think it was just too hard to do. I've been trying to look at the score to see if I can simplify it anywhere ... not an easy task for Queen! I may need some help in that aspect, if anyone can see where it can be done.
Thank you all for the encouraging remarks, it's been a year since I first posted this project, and I still can't manage it, though I try.
No, Toni, there is no deadline ... ... it was never intended to have one.
Personally, I think V2 is just as difficult as V1, but I am trying to manage both, with little success. I had this dream about 6 months ago that I would just go ahead and do all parts myself and post the resulting video ... well you can see how far I've progressed with that dream. Maybe the only fun I have with this one is actually arranging the score myself, I'm still proud of that little effort.
If you think you can, or you think you can't, you're probably right.
