Spring is here (well, at least it is in the south) and my thoughts have turned to cycling so I may not be around as much until the cold winds blow again. Im moving into a new area of cycling called ultra cycling, which are rides over 100 miles.

! Are you a mountain- or a road biker? Personally I am looking forward to the cycle season when I can be back on the road again. Still about -10C in Stockholm and more snow on its way. Spring seems far away

we might need to start a cycling thread then, theres quite a few of us on here it seems. I already new about Barry, myself and Scotty are also. Im a road biker but mostly for commuting purposes. I put road tires on my mt bike. Nice to meet you hackeman.

Yay for a cycling thread! I'm with you, hackeman -- I hope this snow and cold will go away soon so I can get to biking again!

I've been following this thread as much as possible. I use an IPod and am having trouble being thrown off. Hopefully I'll be able to post my full message. I loved the contest and wish I had been able to be a part. I just received a laptop and should be able in the future!
Barry, you do rock and have been a great help to me personally. I'm so glad you are staying on the forum and I'll miss you during your rides. Try to stay on when you can. God bless you and keep you safe on your ride.

Now I want to take my bike down and see what needs to be done and take a ride at night while it is cool...

well Barry, I for one enjoyed your contributions and you will be sadly missed around here. Just as many will be when they depart for places unknown.
