Are you signed up on StreetJelly already? You can do a little test to see how everything works. You can set it so that only you can see it for the test.
The first time (and only time so far, lol) that I've done it, it was after work so I didn't set up anything before hand, my lighting was bad, didn't pre-think how to set up my computer for the webcam so I had to prop it up on a stack of pillows (lol!)... It was fun, and went fine, but now that I did that once I think I'm ready to do it right this time.

I signed up to StreetJelly way back in February of last year.
I have a new laptop and just now figured out the camera. I can't remember if I had a camera on that computer.

@Schaick - great stuff ! You can do a "broadcast test" where no-one but you sees the performance ( there's a lag through the server, both audio and video, which is to be expected ).
If you want to go just a little bit further before your first "real live show" for a bit of extra confidence, or if you're having setup problems - get in touch with myself, or @Barry and I'm sure one or other of us can get you well sorted out ! We would just agree a time, and possibly not even bother "scheduling" it as an actual event, and just go-straight-on - which of course you can do any time. That's always a good "dry-run" - which we did along with Mandy as well - and there's gonna be no stopping her now ! LOL @damfino
