So I was playin around with Muse score and..........oh wait I cant upload a pdf! rats! well if you want the dots lemme know and I will email it to you.

I don't know why you can't upload a pdf. It may not show up in the preview, and I don't think the system actually displays the pdf. It just leaves an icon that somebody could click on to download the pdf, IME. Look near the end of this thread for an example.

I mean that I was able to upload a pdf, and you should be able also. But it doesn't get displayed, and I guess it isn't supposed to be displayed. The user has to download it in order to look at it. That is how it worked for me anyway.
