steveduf, thank you for the photos. I cannot do that with the little tablet that I use for this stuff. I bought this for the case and the violin was an added bonus, the price that I paid was good but not great considering that I bought it sight unseen. Now I am thinking that my worst case scenario is that I will recoup all or part of what paid for the case by selling the violin, and a better case might be that I can put a few more dollars into it and have a decent quality instrument that will last me umtil I get that first chair harp gig in the Pearly Gates Synphony. I am about two months shy of my 73rd. Birthday so I won't have to wait too long for that upgrade. In any case, I am holding my breath until imy little treasure arrives. I will post a follow up upon arrival and another after I hear back from the luthier.

Good luck with your purchase @JiminTexas

It will be exciting. As long as you haven't built up your expectations too much. :)

In actuality It's more interesting than exciting,  rather like opening a box of Cracker Jacks. I don't know about you, but I can never guess  which  end the toy is in.

That reminds me of when I was a kid and I stuffed my hand in the cereal to find the toy. It was always a bit of a mess but the only thing on my mind was to get that toy. LOL
