Hi all.
I hit a snag in my violin purchase. The builder I used before, well, he's playing tag.
So I came across two nice deals to consider, I know it's all Cecilio, but I don't know the "real-world" difference.
Anyone help?
Contender #1 -- Mendini MV400 - Solid Carved Spruce Top, Maple everything else. Real Ebony Fittings.
Contender #2 -- Cecilio CVN (colored series) - Solid Carved Spruce Top, Maple everything else. Real Ebony Fittings.
All Accessories are the same.
Price... Mendini is $10 less.
Is it just MacIntosh vs Grannysmith here, or Apples and Oranges ?
Thanks
((ps- i am looking at the cecilio cvn-200 also, but looks like it's just a swap of Boxwood fittings instead of Ebony... Pretty but maybe a step down...)
