Question about the Fiddlerman Pernambuco Bow on Amazon

This bow here: 

 

Does anyone know how it compares to the Fiddlerman Carbon Fiber bow?

 

My current bow's hair is getting really unresponsive, but it costs more to get it rehaired than it does to buy a new Carbon Fiber bow. I saw the Pernambuco Bow and now I'm curious.

 

Also, if I were to buy the Pernambuco Bow off Amazon how long is the Satisfaction Guarantee good for?

It's not a high quality Pernambuco bow, but for this price it's well worth it. Usually you have trouble finding a Brazilwood bow that compares at this price.
Most aspects of the bow are fine. The weight, arch, action and balance but they are not as stiff as the finer Pernambuco bows. The camber can change over time and need to be re-cambered. I have, on the other hand, seen the same quality being sold for around $200 from other dealers.
