I would welcome any information about Pierre Sisson and his bows. 

I have an opportunity to purchase a bow that is stamped Sisson at a fairly reasonable price. I've found some reference to a Pierre Sisson bow but nothing substantial or informative about the bow or its maker. The bow is round, not octagonal and the very reputable seller claims it's pernambuco. Interestingly, the stamp is upside down above the frog. Otherwise, the bow is in really good shape and plays well enough, about on par or slightly better than my Fiddlerman carbon fiber bow.
