How often it is recommended to weaken the bow hair?

Are you talking about loosening the bow hair. If that be the case, loosen it after you are finished using it.

Try to loosen the hair when you are not playing. Keeping the bow loose most of the time will allow the bow to keep it's shape for a longer period of time.

You can't be doing it too often if you keep it tight when you play and loosen it when you are not. :)

I mean that after 20 minutes of training to make a break for 5 minutes, and at this time to unscrew the screw and relaxing hair bow. Thank you for your advice, they are very valuable!

You don't need to unscrew / loosen the hair for a break.  Especially if you have it just as you like it.  It would be time saving to keep it as you like for the break.

It really can't hurt. Not necessary but you aren't doing any damage unless you worry about the life of the eyelet and screw in the frog. Even then, I haven't experienced one that has been worn as of yet.
