Ok, changing the strings were not too hard, tuning them once more was a pain, they keep loosing their tuning but it's probably normal? It took 2 good weeks for my Preludes to stabilize so I give Zyex the same time.
First impression on L'Opéra Jade rosin: smooooth! I tried it on my old strings and it really was gliding over the strings like silk instead of trying to grip it firmly. I love this but it asks for more control of the bow which I'll work on of course. I put quite a lot of rosin and it barely made any dust and no strings caking at all.
Zyex strings: why are they so soft? The feeling under my fingers is very different, they are softer and the fingers stick less on them. Is it the silver? Easier to make fingers slide on them anyway. I did not noticed a super uber improvement on sound but the E was less shrill and the other strings warmer for sure. I was pleased with the sound, feels more velvety, anyway it sounded great when I was placing my fingers correctly
Denny I made 3 recordings: one with preludes and old rosin, one with preludes and Opéra Jade and one with Zyex and Jade (makes a good song name no? I'll have to compose somethign romantic one day)... but! when I played them nothing was recorded I failed in my settings or something.

Yes like I wrote, no more stickyness on the strings, my cheap rosin was caking them so quickly it was not even funny. Grittiness is gone also but Jade is not a dark rosin, more like an amber. Very superior to what I had for sure but it's surely no better then other good brands. I would like to try a couple brand this year so I can pinpoint my favorite. So far so good though!
