@ELCBK I debated hosting her for a long time. I finally did. There is something about holding it. Knowing the travels she made. Knowing the story behind her. Knowing what she means and the years she has been traveling that made it so worthwhile. It was like magic when I received her. She does have a story to tell you and you become part of it. It is part of this forum and one of the things that makes it special. I am so into its continuation.
VinceKnight and the early forum members really created a unique “member” of the forum when they created her.

I've been meaning to put myself on the list, but I'm going to wait until I'm fully recovered from injuries. At the moment, although it may seem like I have a lot of music on my plate, most of the active members here are playing more each day than I can in a week. I simply can't commit to playing anything on top of what I'm already doing.

I'm curious as to average shipping charges for the violin, both domestically and internationally. I'm wondering if there couldn't be a fund set up that everyone who signs up for the violin would prepay a set amount into it, but pay for shipping from the fund? Sort of a "Go Fund Me" type thing. Maybe have it set up so that those who contribute separately to help keep it solvent could get a "Badge"?I know I would like to participate even though I'm a beginning viola player, but the combination of inexperience and the uncertainty of shipping costs would preclude my ever being part of this.
Just a thought!
Fiddlerman, myself, and others have offered to help pay for shipping, especially for those expensive trips overseas.

Thanks Georganne. I'll give it my best shot. That map was a custom made extension for WordPress and after WordPress updates, it tends to not work.

Successfully fixed. Unfortunately I don't have all the YouTube links of users who shared their videos so that part is gone for now.
Anyone who has not marked the map, please get a hold of me. I know that we have people missing but I haven't done the best job of keeping up. Sorry......

Or, at least before I'll consider hosting.
Then, another journey begins.
So, I'll leave it at I'm interested and even
willing to be the first if a handful of other members will sign up.
My handful = 5
If 5 members will sign up, I'll be the 1st.
