I regret to announce that Fiddlerman.com was down today due to a severe conflict with our beloved shoutbox. The shoutbox has been causing errors since Jan 12th, not sure what upgrade I made at that time, and finally created an error that could not be corrected. The site was pointing to an empty delimiter line and I couldn't even get access on the back-end. I was able to analyze the error enough to know which plug-in had created the problem but no solution was found except to restore the site from yesterdays back-up.

Because of this I regret to say that I had to remove the shoutbox. I have been searching plugins that might be appropriate for this site and am pretty sure that I have found a far superior chat which can be hidden completely for those who are not interested and overs unlimited options for those interested. Among other things we can have video and audio chats, private chat rooms, smileys (for Naska), share a white-board, share the chat with Face-book, customize where you have it on your screen... Much much more. I do want to make sure that it will work with all my present plugins though and that it does not drag down the site speed.

It will also not be a free plugin which means that I better be satisfied after making the purchase but also that I should expect support if we get a problem. I am planning on purchasing the light version since I am not interested in getting too complex at this point but we can discuss our options later. All opinions are very welcome.
