Hi Everyone,

I'm not meaning to start a political thread by posting the article and video below, but the music in the video below occurs in a very political situation, last year's protests  against Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. The performer is Wuilly Arteaga, who lived in Venezuela and used his music to protest against the government there. 

This video and article are from yesterday's NY Times. I found it all very inspiring. First, of course, is that this violinist is able to use his music in such a way, but second is that he started learning to play from YouTube videos just as it sounds like many of you do.
