I just want to say that I am thinking of you and your family and friends, your shop, and the state of Florida.
Puerto Rico, thankfully, did not take another direct hit, this time from Dorian. Bless them all.
I hope Dorian fizzles before landfall. I hope you are prepared or are preparing. Be safe.
On a less serious note, since I covered all the serious matter. Oh, I said, “...less serious note”. Funny since you have a music shop. Anyway, on a less serious note, I hope your instruments will be safe. We do not want any cellos out there “fishing”. No bows acting like fishing poles.
Seriously, our thoughts are with you all. We are hoping predictions are wrong and Dorian fizzles.

Looks like FiddlerShop's address is far enough inland to be outside the evacuation zones for now, but things can change quickly. Still hoping Dorian turns north early and misses the coast entirely.

Thanks so much everyone for your well wishes.
We dodged a bullet this time.
We spend half a day getting products off the floor in case of flooding.
I spent my weekend removing sails, strataglass, side curtains and anything else that could be compromised in the strong wind from our catamaran. Double lines with a lot of spring to allow the boat to move far enough up in case of surges.
We were hoping to move Kokomo but had bad luck with all the suitable marinas.
We're super thankful that we didn't get hit.
It was close enough that we had strong winds for 2 days but nothing serious.
